SABMiller {Milwaukee's Best Light: In Case Of Party Grab The Best Chest}

this is the front of the free shirt which is further described below.

Explanation

Beast Light

SABMiller ⇒ is the world’s second largest corporate brewery in the world. Among the assets of the corporation include MillerCoors Limited Liability Corporation. MillerCoors produces a number of alcoholic beverages for sale within the United States. In-house corporations Miller and Coors produce a variety of brands such as Miller High Life, Miller Genuine Draft, Coors, and Molson Canadian. The corporation also has agreements to brew some varieties of beer owned by competitor Pabst Brewing Company ⇒ and to bottle Coca-Cola {NFL & 1996 Olympics/Sarasota 4th of July Downtown Festival} products as well.

The least expensive line of beer made by the Miller portion of the corporation is officially named Milwaukee’s Best. Unofficially, the pun “Milwaukee’s Beast” seems to have taken hold within the American collective consciousness as a statement of sorts. Milwaukee’s Best Light ⇒ is the light beer ⇒ variant of the main brand. Tongues that have both tasted Beast Light and that have spoken to me on the matter compare MBL to Pabst Blue Ribbon (“PBR”) Light. I have to rely on others’ testimonies because I abstain from alcohol.

Beast, Beast Light, and Beast Ice are all held in low social regard having lost the irony sweepstakes that PBR won. The Best Chest mentioned by name and shown in picture on the shirt is a thirty pack that sells for around the fifteen dollar range; that comes out to around fifty cents a can. There is no doubt that the lack of esteem for the product is partly responsible for the shirt finding its way to the Free Shirt Archive. I do not mind having ideas that are unpopular upon my shirts because merely consuming a shirt is not the same as either endorsement or production.

Serial Loitering

Milwaukee was once the number one city for beer production in the world. Blatz ⇒, Miller, Pabst, and Schlitz ⇒ were all once headquartered in town. Now, only Miller and some other microbreweries remain. Alcohol is certainly not the only industry to leave the American Midwest.

The per-capita amount of bars to overall storefronts within Downtown Milwaukee exceeded my expectations during a memorable mid-week trip to the city. I ended up in a situation where I engaged in serial loitering at the end of a trip that I had taken to the city during the winter by bus with a late-night return trip. There were no festivals that the city is known for going on at the time. Come nightfall after cultural establishments like museums and libraries close there was nothing open other than the bars and hotels. So I sat around until staff threatened to kick me out before going to another bar. I was able to experience a fair number of city bar interiors.

Nonetheless, I found the city enjoyable. The question remains if not the beer, then what is best of Milwaukee? I do not feel knowledgeable enough yet about the city to fathom. Maybe subsequent trips will help provide a firmer basis upon which I could formulate an opinion.

Donovan, Lamar K.

“In case of party grab the best chest” might be average advertising copy. It is terrible advice. I do not think this phrase should be followed by party-goers or anyone during the course of interpersonal interaction. Party people should share. Everyone is just trying to have a good time. Making a scene by being greedy can totally kill the vibe. Groping without direct consent is never acceptable. Leave other peoples’ bodies alone!
