As I am not a native of Columbus, but a frequent visitor, I have walked past the Wexner Center and never stepped foot within it. After all, Columbus is pretty busy at 2 in the morning despite a top art museum being closed. I would like to go at some point when I can get a larger window of time within Franklin County, Ohio. On one of the walks past the Wexner Center, Donor Josh pointed out to me that Peter Eisenman, the architect of the building, designed the building to alternate between the grids of both Ohio State and of the City of Columbus. At ground level I couldn't tell that was the case, but is a really cool idea. From ground level, I thought the Wexner Center did not look that bad. Temper that with the fact that I did not spend any time really giving it a good look, nor have I done so with other buildings. I will never be an architect, unlike Donor Josh who seems to be doing quite well with it in Seattle.
Seems that be square must be a slogan of the Wexner Center. Obviously, I did not attend be square if it were a show, although I would have liked to if even to have something to talk about here.
I like that the right sleeve finally gets some attention. Most sleeve writing on short sleeves is a bit too much, but that the makers usually put it on the left sleeve when they do is overkill.
